Ready to show your horsepower? Hope’s Legacy Equine Rescue is hosting its ninth annual “Hoofin’ It For Horses” event on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Castle Rock Farm in Afton. Enjoy a FREE public Open House from 9:00am to 2:00pm. See the wonderful progress at the farm. Meet and learn about our 4-legged friends and browse the tack sale. This year we are swapping out the early morning 5k run for hikes you can experience throughout the day.
We’ll have hikes for everyone! Bringing the kids? There’s an adventure hike for them at 10:00am. Want to start off the morning learning all about the birds of Castle Rock Farm? Sign up for the 9:00am bird watching hike. Want to explore the farm’s beautiful trees? Set out at 2:00pm. See the hikes listed in the schedule below and click the link to reserve your spot.
Every trail will take you through the beautiful, peaceful terrain of Castle Rock Farm, Hope’s Legacy’s farm. These hikes are for all ages and abilities.
All proceeds will benefit the animals at Hope’s Legacy, a 501(c)(3) charity.
