Our ninth annual “Hoofin’ It For Horses” event on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Castle Rock Farm in Afton is all about the outdoors this year! This year we are swapping out the early morning 5k run for hikes you can experience throughout the day. Bringing the kids? There’s an adventure hike for them at 10:00am. Want to start off the morning learning all about the birds of Castle Rock Farm? Sign up for the 9:00am bird watching hike. Want to explore the farm’s beautiful trees? Set out at 2:00pm. There are two chances to join our Meet-and-Greet hike to say hi to the horses at 9:30am and 11am.
Tickets are $10 each and the Kids Adventure Hike is pay-what-you will so that families of all sizes can enjoy this fun-filled session. Sign up today! Spots are limited.
